HOW WILL WE MEET THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT?

After you clear customs, look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. If for some reason you can’t find us, please call 0207 459 4483 or the chauffeurs mobile number will be on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT OR GATWICK AIRPORT INTO CENTRAL LONDON?

Heathrow to Central London takes 60 minutes and Gatwick to Central London 80 minutes, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

We will monitor your flight and arrive half an hour after the plane has landed to save on any waiting time. If for any reason you are then delayed further, hold ups at Customs etc, waiting time is charged at an hourly rate, (depending on which type of vehicle) we divide the hour into 15 minute segments.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE SMART AND WEAR A SUIT AND TIE?

Absolutely! They always wear dark suits, shirt and tie.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR CARRY MY LUGGAGE?

Yes, your chauffeur will always offer to help carry your bags and luggage.

WILL MY CHAUFFEUR RESPECT MY PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY?

Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreements (non disclosure agreements) with Regalsteer. What is said in the car, stays in the car.

CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY CAR ARRIVES?

Yes, your chauffeur can either call you or SMS you on arrival, or wait with a name-board in the car or ring a door bell. Please specify your requirements upon booking.

I’M BRINGING A BABY, DO YOU PROVIDE BABY/CHILD SEATS?

Yes, we have baby and child seats available, please request them on booking. You will have to fit these yourselves according to the law. And of course, no extra charge.

WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ENTERING THE CONGESTION CHARGE ZONE?

No, all our vehicles are PCO registered so there is no extra charge.

IS THERE A SPECIAL CHARGE FOR BANK HOLIDAYS OR CHRISTMAS?

We only charge extra on Christmas day and new years day.

DO YOU CHARGE WAITING TIME?

Yes we do. But you get 15 minutes inclusive with your booking.

ARE YOUR VEHICLES NEW?

Yes, An impeccably maintained, latest model Mercedes-Benz, Expertly driven by a Regalsteer chauffeur. Your chauffeur will adjust the temperature and music to your preference. Easily access your amenities in the armrest. Relax with a bottle of water whilst you recharge your phone.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE WILL FIT IN THE BACK?

The Merecedes Benz S - Class, EQS, E - Class (Holds 2 Large Suitcases) (2-4 Smaller Carry Ons) The Mercedes V - Class can hold 7 large suitcases and 4-5 smaller carry-ons.

CAN I CHOOSE A CERTAIN COLOUR OF VEHICLE?

Yes, most of our cars are black or silver but we do have a few other colours to choose from.
